How many pushups and situps a day to get ripped

I remember being in the 7th grade and this guy who we later called Tony Deez took off his shirt and the guy was ripped I’m talking six pack and chest and as we all learn in our younger days the ladies love a ripped body anyway I remember asking him how he got so ripped and what he told me blew my mind he said every day he does 200 push ups and 200 sit ups he said he does it everyday and he learned it from his older brother that spent 6 months in Jail. I resented him for telling to me at the time but then I started to do it and viola it worked It took me exact 6 months to get the ripped body I wanted and what I should also say is I went from being really scrawny to having a beach body I started doing it in November and by summer I was ripped I haven’t looked back since. I know most of you keep falling for all these get ripped fast gimmicks but the truth is you have to be disciplined it is really that simple when you sign up for the army what do they make you do Push Ups all I’m telling you to do is add sit ups and you should see results in No time not only that you’ll begin to feel better.
