I’ve lived through multiple corrections up to 20%. I did some buying lately and I can’t catch the bottom, but I’m seeing great companies that still have great growth prospects selling down. The average company in NASDAQ’s down 30 to 40% and the Russell 2000, it’s fraught with value all over the place.
I like to find indices that are rules-based. I use ALPS and I used their OUSA product for the S&P 500 and OUSM for the Russell 2000. I bought more because it’s on sale. Nobody likes volatility, but as an investor, you learn that you have to hold your nose. When there’s blood in the streets, you have to be buying.
