Hey you thanks for stopping by what i’m about to tell you will not only save you money but it might actually stop Acne from ever forming on your face again. This is not 100% nothing is but I want to break down what acne is in it’s simplest form Acne is your body reacting to something it doesn’t like, Acne is a sign that you’re eating something it doesn’t like. If you don’t believe me do a search of “milk and acne in any search engine” , How I came to the realization is once I started eating low fat cereal I started getting acne. At first I thought the problem was the cereal that was until I started drinking Almond milk with the cereal after 2 month’s I never saw acne again I’ve never been a fan of yogurt or ice cream which is why I think most people aren’t going to want to believe this.
To get a better understanding of thee effects of ANIMAL milk just think of a mother breast feeding her child. How long does the average mother breast feed her child? Maybe the longest is 1 year maybe 2 depending on the mothers beliefs. That being said how long do humans drink “ANIMAL’s MILK”? Many will drink milk there entire lives so the question then becomes well why is that I know someone that drinks animal milk and they have great looking skin?
This all depends on the individual; acne is an allergic reaction to something you’re putting in your body. That being said if you plan on drinking milk you’re entire life you might have to pay the price. There are several acne treatment medications that have been proven to work however if you want to avoid the acne altogether try cutting out the dairy in your life. Despite what you’re force fed by the media there is nothing normal about spending your whole life drinking milk for animals.
Something else I want to point out is Skim, 1%, 2% milk is not 100% milk and if you’re buying a cheaper brand this could also explain a lot about your acne situation. If you can try cutting out dairy out of your diet for at least 2 months. When I did this I never say another acne bump again.
