18007414591 Telemarketing Scammer 1-800-741-4591 SPAM
If you received a spam Telemarketing call from 18007414591/1-800-741-4591 apparently it’s a legit call from CIBC, but with that said, I STILL wouldn’t answer it if I were you, because one of the things about these scammers is that they can hide their phone number. CIBC actually has a page found at www.cibc.com/en/18007414591.html that says

Don’t worry — this number is from CIBC Telephone Banking. We’re trying to contact you to review some areas of banking and financial services. All calls from CIBC Telephone Banking are safe and secure.
But I still don’t trust it, because now that scammers know about this, they can pretend to call you from CIBC. These telemarketing scammers have all sorts of tricks to cloak their phone numbers. You can answer the call or call it back if you want to, but I won’t call them back. If you don’t have any dealings with CIBC definitely don’t call back the number. If you do business with CIBC call the number on the back of the card and tell them you got a call from the 1-800-741-4591 phone number and ask them why they called you.
Do not give out your personal information
Don’t give out your personal information to numbers you don’t recognize. Sure the 1-800-741-4591 phone number might be legit, but in times like this they should send you a warning message or give you the heads up that they’re going to call you to offer you a promotion or something. I don’t know of any other bank that does telemarketing calls, yes, banks do callbacks, but they usually don’t call you out of the blue to offer you promotions?
They could simply send you an email or post their offer in your online banking portal. There are too many scammers in this day and age to trust telemarketing calls. In closing, this 1-800-741-4591 appears to be legit, but I don’t trust it and I can’t recommend you trust them either. If they call you and you want to answer tell them to give you their extension, so you can call the phone number on the back of your card and be forwarded to their extension directly.
