DID YOU RECEIVED A SPAM EMAIL THAT LOOKED LIKE THE ONE ABOVE? YES! It’s a scam, it’s a hoax, fraud that should be deleted and reported immediately. The link in the email may lead to a fraudulent domain like watteam.com/as.php.
This watteam.com domain name has nothing to do with BMO (Bank of Montreal). This is not, nor will it be the last time that these scammers, hackers try and pull a stunt like this. They do this to try and steal your banking and personal information, as well as confirm your email address. It’s a scam. The email of the phishing spammer is zrjzjt(@)personal.psu.edu beware of this spammer as they hide behind fake email addresses to operate their scams.
