ForeclosureSearch.ca Review – Legit or Scam?

ForeclosureSearch.ca Review – Legit or Scam?

The good news for you if you’re reading this is that if you signed up for ForeclosureSearch.ca you can get a refund I believe within 60 days of purchase. However if you live in Canada and looking to purchase power of sale of foreclosure properties using ForeclosureSearch.ca it’s not worth it.

Is ForeclosureSearch.ca legit? I would answer yes only because they gave me my refund.

Is ForeclosureSearch.ca a scam? Well I could see how people would call it a scam based on my experience using their outdated listings. When you go to their website it appears that they have thousands of foreclosure listings but when you sign up, that number comes down to less than a hundred in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia which are the cities I was looking at. For the record the date at which I’m writing this is November 2014 and currently there’s a housing boom happening in Canada.

Chances are that the Housing boom in Canada will either slow down or crash at which time ForeclosureSearch.ca might have more properties however in the middle of a housing boom don’t expect to get houses for cheap prices and don’t expect ForeclosureSearch.ca to have a lot of properties for sale.

After reading this I hope you can see why based on my personal reviews of ForeclosureSearch.ca it’s hard to say whether it’s a scam or legit. As of November 2014 Canada is experiencing a housing boom, the real estate market is full of booms and busts. The truth is the housing market is controlled by the market and usually in the middle of housing booms especially with bank of Canada interest rates at 1% you’re not going to see to many people defaulting on loans, which would result in foreclosures or power of sales depending on where you live.

The time I would take a chance on ForeclosureSearch.ca is when there is a housing crash which seems to be enivitable if interest rates rise and amortizations aren’t allowed to increase along with them. If you’re reading this at a time when there’s a hosuing crash in Canada then I would say give ForeclosureSearch.ca a try because they do offer refunds and chances are they’ll be a lot more houses on the market that you can buy for dirt cheap. There are over almost 6 million mortgage-holders in Canada as of November 2014 meaning there’s a lot of opportunity if you position yourself right.
