ResDermatrol Scam – Is rderma.com a Scam?

If you’re going to use the ResDermatrol product found at rderma.com do not sign up for their trial offer and if you do make sure that you read their terms and conditions first. Personally I think it’s a big rip off, below is an excerpt of their terms which can be found by going to their terms and conditions page.

IMPORTANT: If you choose the Subscribe Risk FREE and click ‘Send it Now’ you agree to the following: If you do not contact us, after 14 days you will be shipped a full one-month supply of ResDermatrol (30 ml jar) for the Platinum Members Price of just $89.98, charged to your credit card. Then every 30 days, until you contact us to cancel, you’ll receive another one-month supply of ResDermatrol for $49.98, charged to your credit card. Shipping, Processing & Packaging are FREE (for orders in the continental USA) for the life of your subscription. There is a nominal, flat $9.00 charge on recurring shipments to Canada.

Beware – the company has behaved as though it is a huge scam. I cannot get them to stop shipping me the overpriced cream. I keep sending them shipments back and have called them to stop. They claim that you need to fill out a cancellation form (“you cannot cancel via a phone call”) and return it to get them to stop and that condition is hidden in their “Terms and Conditions”. Your credit card company cannot stop them from charging – your only solution is to cancel your credit card.
