I was expecting good political theater and I got it. That’s what you should expect from these. 99% of these nominees are going to get confirmed. Most people realize they’re going to glide through. There may be a couple of controversies. We don’t yet know but this is a chance to put on some hardcore political theater just before the inauguration. Then it’s back to business as usual. So I’m not surprised and I’m quite enjoying it.
