How to calculate 13th month pay in the Philippines

The calculation is very simple

(Employees basic monthly pay/12 x The number of months the employee actually worked).

If Employees gets paid is 10,000 per month you divide that number by 12 and then you multiply that number by the number of months the employee actually worked.

You can also do this calculation in other ways but then it gets more complex in that instance consult an accountant.
